Quake 3 network connects only sometimes to the master server

My quake arenas network is fucked all the time... But it works like 3-4 times a day. sometimes it works and sometimes not... So what could be wrong with it? :icon34: Becouse i only have the demo version of the game or something else ?? do i have to download something?? Please help me cause this fucking annoys me alot!!
