nemesis cgame help

nemesis cgame help

ok i made a new folder in my quake 3 folder and names it nemesis and put the nemesis pk3's in there. then when i go in quake i go to mods and click on the nemesis one. then i go to my favorite list and click on a server, then nemesis works fine. but then if i try to do /connect *ip*
or /reconnect, it stops working. it seems like it goes back to the baseq3 so then nemesis isnt loaded anymore.

does anyone no how to fix that?

ok for some reason i think the server or something is loading my baseq3 when i connect.

because if i put the nemesis pk3's in baseq3 nemesis works, but i dont want to do that because i have the noghost cgame also. so i need a separate mod folder for it.

i disagree. Your baseq3 folder should be able to run more than one thing at once. Try putting OSP and CPMA files in there, enjoy the fireworks :olo:

the nemesis pk3's are not in my baseq3. there in a separate folder that i can load from the mod part in quake.

um... Put them in baseq3?

but if i put both in the baseq3 they dont work properly, they interfere with eachother

and it didnt have anything to do with /connect or anything because i tried it with a different server and it worked.

so for some reason the server i was going to was loading up baseq3 when i connected to it, i dunno why.
