I downloaded a file in an mpeg format and want to make it so I can put it on a DVD and watch it with a DVD player.
What format do I need to change it to and is there a program like winiso that will do it?

D/L a program called DVD Santa. I'll convert most video formats to DVD. Then you can burn the file like you'd burn a regular DVD. As a matter of fact, I'm converting a PAL to NTSC right now with DVD Santa. Then I'll burn the DVD File with DVD Shrink or Nero.

For power users I'd agree. For the average user, however, Roxio is simple to use and friendly.
