Trickjump mods

Hi, I recently got back into quake 3, and I have been trying to learn how to strafe jump, rocket jump, plasma, etc.

While strafe is pretty hard, I find that I am decent(if that) with rocket jumping. I have downloaded a few rocket maps, and I seem to run out of rockets/hp when I get to a certain point, I understand that if I perfect my jumps that I won't need more rockets, but until reach that level I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a mod that gives 999 rockets and hp, as I've seen on some trickjumping videos. Or maybe it is a server command? Thnx to all help in advance.

Are you saying you are running out of rockets..........? type in /give all in the console.

nope, that wont work unless you load devmap first to enable cheats

Defrag is much better option, and has maps with long corridors to practice straffe jumping in
