Halloween (the new one) 8/10 Well-played Mr. Zombie. Some of you will bash it, but it was faithful to the stories and a great prequel, bucking the trend of all the shitty ones that have come out over the last few years. It's a gore flick through and through. If you walk into the theater expecting anything else, you'll be disappointed.

The interview 8/10

Steve Buschemi Directs and stars in a remake one of Theo van Goghs last films. Really enjoyed it. Good acting, great little story. Highly recommend it.

Death Proof 11/10

I'm one of the few who saw Grindhouse .... so I was really against DeathProof being released on its own.
I thought it would take away from what Grindhouse was all about....
I was wrong.
This flick stands on its own in a big bad ass motherfucking way. With the added scenes...this is probably my favorite Q.Tarantino film of all time.
And to top it off..the soundtrack kicks motherfucking ass. ( a hallmark of a great Q.T. flick)
so get it too.
Buy it, torrent it...do what you can to own it...before it owns you.

Couldn't agree more. House was pretty good but Rejects is definitely one of my favourite horror movies. Zombie pulled it off with style and the characters are a lot creepier and more well-developed in the sequel.

Zodiac - 6/10 It dragged on a bit but it was an interesting movie

Fracture - 7/10 Anthony Hopkins is amazing as usual and the movie was well done. The typical Hollywood-type happy ending is what spoiled it for me.

That franchise seems tired and out of ideas.

The Host - 6/10 ? lol?

I don't know how to rate this thing. Plot was somewhat straightforward but the direction was a brow raiser. It could be one of the worse movies I've ever seen, or one of the wittiest/most original ones to date. Scenes that were made just to shock and confuse the audience emotions...didn't know if I should sympathize or crack up laughing throughout the entire thing.
