are there any easy webpage editor for noobs?

a website owner is asking me for an easy way to change text and possibly images on his website. Are there anyeasy solutions out there? I think microsoft had a solution for this but I forgot the name of it... also is there something new adobe came out with?

hotdog 5 pro is very noob friendly aswell, thats the last version ive used many many many years ago
