I got tiered of waiting for Duke Nukem Forever to be released, so I went poking around the Team Fortress 2 .gcf file, and to my surprise the .gcf is not encrypted.

it won't let me join. i click join and it just refreshes the same page

i had a similar problem logging into the steam community in steam itself. enter my password, it thinks about it, then returns to the login prompt with no notification of what happened. my details are correct too

I just keep spoiling myself with the .gcf database, you will love the pyros voice. Its brilliantly done. Now I can wait till tonight.

The maps seem really well detailed. And the biggest map is ctf_fort2, It's HUGE.
There are 6 maps in total, kind of a small collection if you ask me, get bored easily. I hope they have more for the official release.
I mean 6 maps for 3 different play modes, thats little.

hydro was allways a large map, it really sucked when you only had 4 plays on it...

i cant wait for the remake of Overloard, 2fort, and... uhhh.. there was one more that was rather interesting.

Hopefully this game aint no flash in the pan though, Hype usually does that to a game.

Given how underwhelming ET: QW has been for me (and I really wanted to like it), I'm hoping TF2's going to provide me with that quality class-based MP I've been craving since RtCW.

I kinda only preordered for the beta. So it pisses me off.

I now have to goto work. Which means, i wont get to play unless i take my computer from home to work. Which im considering. >_>

Exactly, I payed for the preorder ONLY to play the beta, and to play it on Monday. Because I got 4 days off starting Monday.

I will think twice before I buy anything from Valve again. And no more buying digitally from Steam. This is the last straw.
