best program for changing drivers, but always do it in 'safe' mode. by doing correctly...may significantly improve fps.

Both ATI and nvidia have kind of a "Drive scubber" uninstaller...
When i uninstalled my Nvidia drivers ( GFX ) on my media center, it took out my Chipset ( nforce ) and the NV Pure Video decoder... all because it was nvidia junk
( Now they have check box's Soy uo can choose :/ )
so i take it this is basically the same... just uber?
