first problem: every time i play in singleplayer and multiplayer my mouse is laging, it look's like my computer is slow so it's lagging, but everything is still moving and players/bots are moving. Also i can move but i can't look. My mosue is working fine in all other games
second problem: so i instaled my xbox360 joystick and it was workin, looking wasn't the problem anymore, but when i went to the setup menu just to change some keys, i got back into the game and it didn't work anymore, and in setup menu quake 3 didn't recognize the joystick no more. But my computer is still recognizing the joystick and on the controller properties, computer can recognize all the buttons and axes.
P.S:
im playing quake 3 on the laptop, and on my pc both mouse and joystick work fine.
and btw where is Enemy Territory: Quake Wars smilie (missing)

problem one: make sure you're using the correct mouse drivers. after that your question stops making sense... you can move but can't look? if your mouse moves you *are* looking, if it doesn't then how can you say it "lags?"

problem two: this one's easy. stop being a gay newbie and put your 360 joystick back where it belongs - plugged into your 360. there is no reason for a joystick in q3. stop.

What i'm saying is that posting in forums is a privilegy, not something u are free to do whether they like it ur not. If there is a topic\forum for suggestions, post there. If there's not, keep them for urself.

menkent, first i said i can move, that means i can run around jump and shit like that, but i can't look.
and why am i a gay newbie for pluging in my x360 controller into my pc, do u even know how easier it is to play driving games, platformers, emulators, games that were on consoles but they put them for pc too like: GTA, Halo (i don't play it on pc but its better with a joystick), Overlord (it's shit with mouse and keyboard), RE4... there a lot of games for the pc that are better with a joystick. If u r going to make childish comments like: "gay noob", just go to preschool because that's a place where it belongs. Try to be more mature... and only reason i tried to play q3 with joystick it's beacuse i when i look with a mouse it freezes, but when i looked with a keyboard it wasn't lagging. So i tried to play with a analog.
Ner'Zul, i was just trying to make a point that there is a smiley for all quake games, then why they don't put et:qw.

again, if you "can't look" how can you say your mouse is lagging? does it move but with a time-delay (ie- lags) or does it not move (ie- you "can't look")? those two situations are mutually exclusive. again, make sure you have the right mouse drivers.
second, fix the mouse and you won't have to use a joystick (like a newbie).
third, don't call me immature when you're the one who can't figure out what's wrong with his own mouse (and joystick).
