Q3W pages extremely slow loading

I have been getting long (10-15 sec) page loading times on the Q3W site for the last couple of weeks. The strange thing is that it only happens on my desktop. My laptop still only takes a couple of seconds to load pages over the same connection. I have tried clearing IE cache and cookies and also switching to Firefox. Still the same problem.

I am hoping that someone has run into this before and has a suggestion(s) I could try. Other PHP forums appear to work fine on both computers. I am on DSL going through a linksys router with a wired connection.

Just Q3W site loading slow? Have you tried to ping Q3W from both computers and comparing the results?

Added to my HOSTS file changed the hanging you're describing.

I knew I saw this some where on here.
