Quake 3 Demo wont connect!?

[Syntax]

My internet is running and I keep refreshing the pages and I have it under Internet and "ping" and I cant get any of the tournament or CTF servers running. Heeellp. No, all seeing eye doesnt help me here and it only seems to connect for me every 5 hours?? Ahhh.,
