I am a big fan of the Quake 3 mod "Voosh".
I see that its website (http://planetquake.gamespy.com/voosh) has fallen offline.
The latest version of Voosh that I have locally backed up is 1.4 which I know worked on Quake 3 version 127g.
When I try to use Voosh 1.4 in the latest Quake 3 (v132) I get the error:
Sadly it looks pretty gone. I wasn't able to find a download later than v1.2
You could try cl_allowdownload 1 if you find a server running voosh, but if the server isn't pure it won't work, and ASE doesn't list a single server running voosh.
You can always go back to PR 1.27g if your voosh works there. I recommend just installing the old PR into a directory where q3 is NOT installed, then stealing the quake3.exe from there, and copying it into your actual quake dir. Be sure to rename the existing one like q3130.exe or something. Then you can just swap back and forth.
There are also "version switchers" out there, but I never used one so won't recommend one.
hehe..voosh, damn I used to play that mod quite a bit back in 1.16n days. If you want to play 1.32 and have that type of mod, I recommend downloading NIQ3..as it's a modern version of voosh. The website is.. here. It's much better anyway, plus has UIE and other things.

Anyone can google... you should try clicking the links before you sign off on them as helpful tho.
Hey, Fora, sorry for the delay in replying but I wanted to thank you for uploading that file. It works like a treat. Roll on the 15th Dec when I get to play this at a LAN party!
