I'm not exactly sure what "IP" means, does that indicate location? Five months ago, I lived in Washington State, and had never even BEEN to Sacramento. That's why I always list my hometown as Kent, WA. What do you mean by "spamming"? I understand it as "garbage". So did this guy just leave dumbass crap all over the place? BTW, I'm about as far from redneck as you can get. If you get bored, you can check out the site link on my profile.
