1. Create your own personal account in addition to the administrator account.
2. Set this second account up with all the desktop, folder, view settings that you want all the accounts to have. Screensaver and background and power settings and all that business.
3. Log back on as 'Administrator'. Right-click my computer



4. Select the second account you just configured, and click 'copy to'. In the destination enter c:\documents and settings\Default User\
5. Set permissions to 'everyone'.
Now, whenever a new account logs in, they'll get all the per-user settings you configured on your account.
Note: Don't ever do this with the 'Administrator' account. It are speshul.
