Is there an easy way to do this? I was thinking about transferring it over my wifi and letting it run for a couple days but that seems like a bitch. Can i connect a usb cable or something between them and send it that way?
edit: maybe i should just buy an external hd. then i could copy the files to the hd and then plug it into my mac, rite?

Why not pull the drive from your PC and hook it up to your Mac? Copy the files and put the drive back, done.
