Looking for file: dmmq3.exe

Does anyone have this file? This file is necessary to use the special S3 Quake3 Arena maps with S3TC. Someone posted an inquiry at planetquake.

I used to have that file. Used it with my Diamond Viper II, but that was ages ago. I have no idea where you can get it.
