Error 1335? Games wont install?

For some reason whenever I try and install games now, I cant. It stops with an error 1335, cabinet file required is corrupt... Its driving me mad. Doesn't matter if I use a game disk, .iso or jus copy the data to HDD and run it from there... No dice.

It pissed me off so much I just formatted the PC, fresh install, not even an hour old. Still does it...? I've never had this before...

Ideas people?!

Tried Memtest yet? If not run it for awhile.
