i am here everyday .. posting takes forever to send so i haven't done much of it but i now bought a 3G card for this laptop.
still slow but better then my phone.

no one recommends SLI for future upgrades when peeps get more cash to add an extra video card

I was expecting slow performance, application compatability problems, and the UI to be a load of pap.

What I got is something plenty speedy enough, runs everything I have, and the UI is fine once you adjust to the 'new' stuff.

Yeah it seems to be really stable and quick.

After doing a lot of comparisons myself, I ended up building my own for around the same price as the pre-built, with better components. Like amidy said, a lot of them look good at first but after some digging there's usually something undesirable.

Just got my stuff in.

AMD Phenom 9500 quad core (yeah, amd fanboy)
evga 8800 gt 512 mb
2 gb dual channel pc 6400 ddr2
600 watt psu
WD 7200 500 gb sata

Just got it up and running, but sweet so far.
