Icon help please

I need someone to edit an image for me to use as an icon. My photoshop skillz are pretty weak and I'm sure someone else here can do a much better job. I can email the image to be edited but I will also need for it to be hosted as I have no web space available.

Any help appreciated.

I keep asking fer help on this whole icon thing, and I get jibberish back. And a locked topic. And a deleted topic. Is it because I didn't ask in the right place? Is it because I'm a "rookie"? I read all the rules/notes/comments I come across, and try to ask relevent questions. I'm not too intellegent, but I can comprehend enough to abide by the expected behavior here....so long as someone points out my mistakes, I can fix em.
