Help!!! Can't run and jump or strafe!!!
Whenever I run and hut the spacebar to jump or strafe my forward movement stops and I have to release the key ten push back on it to keep going. Anyone ever have this prob??? It does it on Unreal Tourn, Quake 3 and two different computers I have installed it on. It does it whether im online or just testing in the reg main boards. Any ideas would be appreciated!

You probably have a crappy keyboard, one of the variety that can't handle two or three simultaneous key presses. Bind jump to mouse2 (right mouse button) or buy a better keyboard.

or maybe u just cant strafe
but ya, get a better keyboard that sports more simultaneous keystrokes.

One thing that is an issue I have is that the Keyboard will not work if I don't use a Ps/2 to usb adapter... It wont even recognize it. Why would that be??? Maybe this is the issue becuase I could have sworn I used this pos on Quake and unreal before... Any ideas guys...
And thanks for helping out.

So you mean it's a USB keyboard, but you've added one of those purple PS2 convertors to it so it fits in the PS2 socket on the PC?
Try logging into windows with an administrator account, then plugging the keyboard into the USB... that should allow it to load the drivers on correctly. if it still doesn't recognise the keyboard after being connected for a minute or so, you need to ditch that board and get a new one.
Is it a microsoft, cherry or logitech keyboard?
If not, a new basic model from MS or Logitech should be about £10/$15 and will do the job.
