I have storm shutters for insurance breaks and a generator because I don't like my power being out for any reason. after experiences of me spending 1.5 years in Jacksonville, one of my best friends spending a year in orlando, and my brother doing a 2 year tour in deston/ft. walton beach... i came to the same conclusion. Florida has great P.R. but living there breeds an intense desire to see the human detritus blown off into the ocean and the land converted back into swamp.
