One thing did leave a bad taste in my mouth though. There are so many people out there who are completely out of control - taking drinking and gambling way too far - including one of the guys who was with us.

Lost 2 grand the first 2 hours off the plane, stumbling drunk and rock-bottom immediately, then was up 2 grand the next night, pouring beer all over himself like some kind of idiot. Sat night I woke up to the worst post-drinking sound I've ever heard - the guy was dry heaving on the floor. I say dry heaving, because it's the closest I can come to describing it - it sounded more like he barely escaped drowning on his own vomit and was clearing his lungs. There was actually blood in the sink the next morning. I could barely sleep after that - even after going back to my own room - it was like some kind of depressing acid movie. They wouldn't let him in any clubs or bars that night because he was barely able to stand up, but he was still gambling.

You're right, he would have been more respected with an eating, sex, illicit drug addiction.

I do hate this about the town. So many people come here to escape reality. Then end up ruining their lives or making asses of themselves. I've lost a few friends to gambling, stripping, and drugs. Without moderation, this town eats you up quick.

Dark Metal, OG as in Olympic Garden?
Conveniently located in the shadow of the Stratosphere Tower, between the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas, the Olympic Garden was the first real modern Vegas strip club.
I've actually never been there. :ninja: Either way, I'm always down for a beer. If you really wanna meet we can talk as the date gets closer.

I'm not a big fan of the rippers, my trip will be spent drinking and gambling. Feel free to shoot me a PM closer to the date.
