Couldn't Exec *.cfg

Hey all, just trying to make a q3 dedicated linux server, I open up vim and paste this config from http://www.quake3world.com/q3guide/servers.html and i get couldn't exec server.cfg no matter what i do, ive tried searching and havnt found anything

anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

Did you put the config file in $HOME/.quake3/baseq3 ?
