I've been using Qtracker for a while now, and my computer seems normal. If it was acting kinda secretive, or stand-offish, I might think somethings up...but no. It seems fine to me.
While, I'm sure, ANY download is capable of infecting yer computer with any number of vile things, I believe Qtracker is safe.
