Sorry, you know I’m not a geek but would it be something as photo bucket ( this is the one I am using ) or something completely different?

you just need to provide a unique name for a personal URL. say you chose "nippledick". if nobody else chose that, then your personal url would be http://nippledick.photoshop.com

Finally got it right after two try.
Yes, two, because I didn't write the right code, fucking all distorded letters numbers that you have to enter.
What is it with this maniac thing? I know they make it to avoid abusive robot like but even me I have a hard time to figure them out 1 out of 3.
