How do you get vogon ctf chaos map packs to work after downl

i cannot figure out how to use the vogon ctf chaos maps after i downloaded them. I am very dissapointed because this download took over an hour and i still cant play on these maps.

Unzip and put the PK3 files in your baseq3 directory. http://www.quake3world.com/q3guide/maps.html for more info.
