I've been running free AVG and now the trial period has expired.
No biggie, I assume, just means I have to update manually.
However, when I do that (double-click AVG icon in tray, update and close) it appears AVG is terminated (disappears from tray and task manager).
I don't see an option to minimize back to tray again.
Is this true? Is AVG really terminated this way?
Seems kind of lame that I would have to reboot or leave the AVG-window activated.

Re: AVG Free back to tray
there's a trial period for the FREE version now? wtf? i've been using AVG for years on my windows boxen and have never seen that.
Re: AVG Free back to tray
No, there isn't.
Someone wasn't smart enough to download the free version.
Uninstall what you have, and go do that.
