Can't find internet servers?

Hey all, i play quake 3 Arena, its cool.. But i want to play it on multiplayer..
But there are no servers, sometimes they are, sometimes they doesn't appear....
Can somebody help me out this? :dork:

i read the FAQs, i tried qtracker and ASE, my firewall has the correct setings, but i'm still not able to find any online servers.....

i found servers online....
