When I click on Internet Explorer, IE has decided to open up as a smaller rectangular window which I can move about, and have to keep maximising. Like this:

I think this happened since some unwanted pop up pages appeared. It's not the first time this has happened either. How do I get IE to automatically open fully maximised?
Thank you!

open up IE, type "http://mozilla.com/firefox". download. enjoy.
Re: Maximise IE
Thanks guys. Well not sure how but it's working now. I must have maximised it and closed it before and now it's automatically maximising.
" right mouseclick on the shortcut, from the Run pulldown select "maximized" "
All I see is 'Run As' then it opens up IE. I don't see where to select 'maximised'

Re: Maximise IE
sorry, i meant to say, select properties after rmbing on the shortcut. then the pulldown is in the 'shortcut' tab
Re: Maximise IE
Ah, I get it now! The shortcut that I'd pinned to my start menu doesn't do that, so I just made a 'Shortcut to iexplore.exe' in my IE folder, and THEN I saw the run dropdown box. Good to know for future reference.MKJ wrote:sorry, i meant to say, select properties after rmbing on the shortcut. then the pulldown is in the 'shortcut' tab
