ey, my aparment was broke into last night

Post by bork[e] »

fucked up feeling though, knowing some cunt was standing right beside me while I was asleep. Whoever it was, was like 10 feet from me unplugging my camera from my computer. Got that and a new phone, oh, and my truck. :miffed:

Oh, and the guy took my backpack from my truck, neatly piles my books beside my front door, leaves the front door wide open and leaves... what the hell is that about.

That must be a weird feeling. Found out how much insurance is going to cover yet?

Good thing you didn't wake up.
Desperate cunt would probably have bludgeoned you to death in panic.
Not really worth it, especially if you've got your stuff insured.

I keep a .45 next to my bed. If anyone comes in, it's gonna get messy.

I was thinking that when I posted this thread... but some other chick also had her car broken into last night, not stolen but some shit was gone.

And I'm not sure about the insurance thing yet, my mom works at the agency I'm insured at and I haven't gad time to bother with it just yet.

Same thing happened to me a few years back. I caught the guy the following week. He was wearing the pack he stole from me too so keep an eye out in the nieghborhood, this guy I caught was looking for other people to rob and was using my pack to store the goods. Can't say i've seen him again downtown since I practicly curb stomped him.

i guess you could call it that... the sliding glass screen door thing that goes to the balcony is easy a piss to open, unless you have that little metal thing blocking it from sliding. but guess what.

I would have to say that the odds of you knowing this person are against. I haven't always been the peaceful, law-abiding citizen you see here before you, and I've lived in some places that most people wouldn't drive through. The person who did this is, probably, between the ages of 15 and 25. If it's the younger, you'll find yer stuff around town. If it's the older, try the pawn shops.

As far as keeping a .45 by yer bed, not gonna help in this situation. If he's standing next to yer bed, he's got yer .45 in his hand.

Sounds to me like someone is having trouble paying for school and a truck. He gets the friend to steal truck, uses money to pay for college and keeps books...

I had one of my places lived in, when I was on vacation for about half a month, I came back and there where crumbs on the desk, and one of the books where used as a serving dish, however the TV and stuff was there. Extremely fucked up feeling to discover something like that happened.

I it's hard to wake me up also, I regularly sleep over alarm clocks like they never went off. I just absorb the sound in to my dream.
