I hit on this theory this morning when just happening to find a discarded miserable baby cat.
Who wants himself or herself to be a pet than anyone else and forcing others to be so as well?

So, what did you do with this cat that you found. Did you eat it?

To be bad, it was a Friday morning and I had little time to care about him.
All I could do was to give him a cup of milk just before commuting.
When I reached my workplace, I googled about discarded cats, only to find out that they don't drink milk at all.
Next morning I got to the exact same place where I found him but he was nolonger there.
I really regretted that I didn't remember a rich merchant who loved and cultivated various cats, living around here.
At least I should have brought him in front of the house of that merchant.

Actually pets of PoTSC, namely merchants, really love dogs.
Owning pets cost but hey they don't have the duty to pay tax.
