how can i play multiplayer through a proxy internet connection? also, the proxy has a password on it.

What kind of proxy is it? HTTP, SOCKS 4 or 5, etc.?

its HTTP and the proxy is 10.0.1.6, port 8080

I heard that you can't.

Anyway if it worked it would be too laggy. I think.

You can't, without tunnelling through TCP:80 then bouncing off something on the other side.
