I think your problem with these rook, is that you are looking at the situations as a decent human being.

What you should realize is that police spend every day not dealing with decent human beings, but with the scum of our society. That means, that when they encounter resistance with simple requests (Give me you license and insurance, Go to the back of your car and place your hands on the trunk) they deal with the resistor the same be it a guy on the way to the mall or a junkie. We'll see what happens with that strip search case, as I'm not sure the exact laws on search. I'll bet that video with the person being pulled over and tased amounts to nothing.

The bottom line is, the law is usually there to protect the enforcers and usually they don't enforce the full extent unless you give them a reason.

Both times I was searched in jail it was because I had a possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia charge. I could have resisted the search and been a pain and screamed over and over WHY ARE YOU DOIN THIS?!?!! but I didn't. I walked into the other room. The first time he explained it to me, the second time he just said "you know the drill". I dropped my pants, dropped my boxers, bent over and spread my ass cheeks. I could have had shit hidden, but because I didn't fight them they didn't do a full strip down of my person. Only pats and an ass crack search.

Once you're in the system you're in their hands, you cease being a decent citizen and human being. You have to understand that. Some situations are unfortunate, but if you treat everyone like that suddenly there are a LOT of problems.

lol. I know how police act and what they deal with every day. That doesn't make it okay to take the victim of a beating who called for help, have several men forcibly strip her, and lock her in a room like that for 6 hours, because she said something they didn't like.

But who knows, maybe one day we'll live in a perfect world, where anyone who sees a cop will immediately strip and lie face down on the pavement, handcuff themselves, and won't complain about it.

This one is particularly hilarious. Especially the way he grabs the shotgun from the guy at the beginning. Holy fucking I-Am-Your-Lord-And-Protector Batman.

What made me laugh the hardest was the cops opening fire like the way I do in ETQW (pressing and holding "FIRE" and TKing my team mates) which means multiple rounds fired at a moving target with police officers and the CAMERAMAN in cross-fire range....and many people ducking and running for cover not from the SUV but from the bullets.

Police feared the suspect might be heavily armed. As the undercover officers approached the suspect made a "murderous" attempt to escape. It was then when SWAT Captain Benny Diggs made the decision to use deadly force. The officers approach with extreme caution. There's no telling what they'll find inside the vehicle....

....and in the end, one more dangerous drug dealer is off the streets.

They keep pounding into the viewers head that "a cop's job is always dangerous...even when going to get donuts...so always respect the cops cause they're working hard and facing danger for you....etc, etc." Especially with the unending babble of John Brunnel. I guess with respect to their possible authoritarian follower viewers, they might sway someone sitting on the fence. I don't have the numbers, but I'm sure this show was massively popular with an average viewer IQ of 60. I'm only hoping that 90% of the viewers completely ignored the narrator and just watched the "extreme" violence/entertainment.

Don't get me wrong, the SWAT team did what they were trained to do: shoot to kill a suspect who is threatening in any manner with any weapon. My problem is with the propaganda - especially when cops being caught on-camera doing careless/reckless/full of adrenaline shit...clearly not careful, calculating professional "heroes".

Let's hope not too many viewers eat this up and turned stupid.
