Bot Not Follow Orders In Team Games

I made a new bot, and everything works except one thing... team orders. In game modes like CTF, he won't follow orders when you speak his name, such as: "Marine follow me" -doesn't work. He only follows orders if you say everyone instead of his name. How would I make it so he follows orders when his name is said so I don't have to say everyone?

You need to use 'tell', as in '/tell marine follow me'.
