New AGP graphics card

I'm planning on getting a new graphics card but I need to know if my motherboard can do 8x AGP or just 4x AGP.
This is a screenshot from a hardware/system diagnose tool called FreshDiagnose. It has some info about the AGP slot but I don't know how to tell if it's 4x or 8x.

I've seen cards advertised as 4x/8x AGP and other cards advertised as just 8x AGP. So I think I need to make sure that my motherboard can do 8x before getting an 8x only AGP card.

It'll be far easier to figure out with the brand/model of the board, or the northbridge chipset model.

I think this program might be rubbish.
For Motherboard Model it says IBM.
For Motherboard Vendor it says IBM.

I couldn't find anything about the northbridge chipset model.

Do you know a better program for doing this? (Prefereably free.) This was the only supposedly good one I could find on Download.com.

Well I would recommend using CPU-Z That will tell you AGP 4x or 8x.
