Heard about her a while ago. There was some controversy about whether she actually paints them by herself. Don't know if that was ever resolved.

Seen these before, on a less snazzy website.
Tbh I see better stuff from pavement chalk-artists, and I couldn't care less if it was drawn by a 9 year old. A lot of art looks like it's done by toddlers anyway.

There's nothing special about those paintings. She's good with a brush, particularly for her age. That's about it.
