#cpmpickup mapping tournament!

Hello!

I'm the head admin of the irc-channel #cpmpickup at Quakenet. We are a community who plays loads of CPM and love doing so.

We are currently holding a tournament with prize money(!) for the person who makes the best CTF/NTF/CTFS map for Q3 CPMA CPM gametype. We will hold an open public poll for everyone to vote once we started testing the maps. Someone told me to come here since there are a few experienced mappers on this site so I'd love to welcome you to the tournament!

I think you'd probably get more mappers to work their ass off if you could give the winner the ability to make a cpm mappack ctf map..rather than offering money. Of course the real question would be whether there is a mapper out there that could make a map that would be good enough to pull that off, and even get the promode team interested in it. Who is able to fit into the same ballpark as Swelt and Ninemil?

..and what's the deal with all of the boob shit? Seems like that's more of a conversation piece on the topic, instead of the competition.
