Hitch warning

Trying to set up a server, I get a hitch warning,,, 700+ms.
Is this real ?
Can I disable it ?

what causes this is the contents of the windows system32 folder. you need to delete that folder before the server will work

Unless the hitch warning pops up every few seconds, you can safely ignore it.
