Yes you do. You can make kind of a obstacle course with medicine balls of various sizes, spread them out and then walk yourself over them with your hands, putting one hand on a ball at a time.

I have found the movements with bands to be sufficient - holding the arm out to my side with the upper arm horizontal to the ground at shoulder level, elbow bent at about 90 degrees, and then go down to parallel with the floor, then back up with the band...

First month is done. Pretty fast results from this program, but it isn't one that can be done if you are in piss poor shape to begin with.

at my biggest ever i was 200 pounds at 6 feet tall and that was far from unnatural or ridiculous. So no.

finished the weight loss phase...i'm at 180 now. now it's time to gain about .5-1 pound of week of mostly muscle. guess i'll start off with 5 meals a day...about 500 cals each 40/40/20 carb/pro/fat...adjust if needed. see if thats enough to gain...maybe not with my running....
first meal today...4 egg whites with 2 wheat tortillas, banana and packet of salmon...490 cals...
any questions?...

stress test nov. 10th...i fully expect for them to say i have made a miraculous recovery... doctor has already taken me off all my medication cept for 20mg lisenopril and 20mg pravastatin...

first one was a nuclear test...inject it in ya and image u rested and after the test...the next one is echo test...they run ya, and gradually incline u until it's really gay...

1 day of changing my diet to the gaining phase and i already look like this...just think what i will look like by summertime...jellus?
