It's a fantastic game. I played it for an hour last night and really want to play it today, but i'm away on business for 2 days starting today so I don't have time for it. Definitely something for the weekend though!

This game is damn impressive... It really IS Oblivion with guns, lol, even though I havent got a gun yet (I gave it to the girl at the start).

Gonna enjoy this...

I discovered that he regens his health after combat. They must have changed the way it works and forgot to remove the feature that lets you use stimpaks on him.

It's better than Oblivion, i'd say. They left out some of the more annoying things and added cool stuff.

lol, last time I checked I didnt work for Bethesda... But keep trying cunto.

Anyway, the crashes and stuff are wide spread, which sucks. Every time you load a save game its like a gamble :(

Do you guys go around searching and stealing everything you can? Everything I walk up to is red and locked. I can't decide if I want to be a thief or not...

Jesus this game is awesome :D
Been banging away at the main quest and the plot just thickened, in quite the dramatic fashion :ninja:

PS to whoever else is playing, wtf is the .308 ammo for? I haven't found a single gun that will eat those bullets...

the start of the game, before you leave the vault, is rubbish. Otoh it picks up nicely from there

If you save right before you leave the vault, then its perfect. Cause from there you can just load a game and still change anything about your character and still skip the intro vault part.

It is, really.

But you can change your face via a plastic sergeon, and your hair by your own little robot maid in a house you buy.

So dont worry, you can still change everything really later on.

So what's the secret to not constantly being out of ammo? I started playing at the hardest difficulty, but everything took a shitload of bullets to kill, so i went to hard, then normal after that. I'm still low on ammo all the time, unless I want to take the time to go around killing random raiders, scavenging their shit, going back to town, and then selling it.

I feel like there is a big part of the combat I am missing as even the easiest enemies take so much work to kill with my shitty 10mm, hunting rifle, 10mm auto, and assault rifle...I use the targeting system frequently and that's great when it works.

And are you playing as good or evil or middle of the road?

Any suggestions?

I am not sure I like the VATS system. It doesn't really seem to help much.

This is really bugging me too. Things seem to take too many bullets to kill.
