I looked in here because I thought there might be some intelligent conversation going on.
That was silly of me.
Honestly though, has this place gone down the shitter so hard that it is that difficult to have a big-boy conversation?

Welcome to 4chan3world.
People who oppose gay marriages are putting their own religious or "ethical" or personal lifestyle choices and beliefs into the issue and are not looking at it from a completely legal standpoint. If two individuals are able to share financial and social resources in a union that grants them certain benefits like tax deductions and other benefits, then it should be available to all people living in a joined household regardless of the sex of the individuals. Either make such benefits available to all or abolish them entirely from legal issues of state and leave marriages strictly as a social or religious ceremony.

the rest of us just figure either horka is trolling, or he's way too incompetent to converse with. in both cases its not worth the time and effort.

jackal wants to have a serious conversation about ishoos on a game forum that's well past its consume-by date and has been haemorrhaging members for the last 3 years

I don't really care very much. I'd say the little bit I actually do care is just within the context of this forum.
What I'm saying is that, though I may find it frustrating while reading this forum, ultimately as soon as I close my computer or flick over to a different site my caring ceases.

Then you have to go at into the real world and fail at all aspects of life because you're scared of socialising outside of the internet.Jackal wrote:I don't really care very much. I'd say the little bit I actually do care is just within the context of this forum.

Thick, solid and tight in all the right places.
