Are there any Arcade Flight Simulator PS3 Games

I know nothing about PS3 games but my dad has just announced that he's bought himself a PS3 for Xmas (mainly for Bluray player).
He like his all action arcade-style flying games. Does anyone know any good ones?

what do you mean by LBP being shocking? i don't like the game so im just wondering what you meant by that.

also, i like a lot of the PSN games. i know it doesn't make much sense to buy such an expensive machine to play little 10 dollar games but i really like them.

Well, you know how if Jesus turned up and started healing leppers left and right, it would be a big deal...? Well, LBP was hyped up to be the best thing in gaming since, well, games. It was to be the new benchmark of fun, and awesome.

But, to me, it was like the game was so fucking close, but every time they needed to turn right, they went straight on... Its so broken, so boring, and once you do a few hours theres nothing left to do other than make your own shit, which is so flawed its not even fun.

Its a good game, worth playing. But christ, its so bargain bin in quality that I wont be surprised to see it £20 after christmas

EDIT: Another way to think of it is imagine Mario World, on 3 different planes of 3D space, where angles, gravity and terrain made a huge difference in how you moved, coupled with being set on the Moon... As you can imagine, the movement is TERRIBLE... If only they made it more like classic platformers in terms of physics AT least in that area. The level stuff, go over the top on, sure, but falling down a hole because you hit a pebble at a 37 degree angle instead of a 38.9 is... Shit.
