I saw one of those staged films regarding shop class injuries when I was young. When the guy carved his arm up with the table saw I learned a healthy respect for table saws. For me it was the fact that it looked real that got me to pay attention.tnf wrote:thats just one of those staged wrecks they do at high schools before prom night to show teenagers the dangers of drinking and driving. I've seen that same basic setup every damn year. makes about 0 difference because the kids are more impressed by how real and cool it looks than actually stopping to think about what they would be doing were it real.
