ending had a bit of a bow on it... but an enjoyable season almost as good as the first :up:

Good ending for an excellent season. Dexter has been picked up for a 4th and 5th season so it should be interesting to see where they take the series.

ah, that confirms my suspicions that they'd been green lit for at least 2 more.
in the post-episode interview with Michael C Hall he was talking about the direction of dexter in the coming "episodes and seasons". His plurality on season made me pleased.

Finally watched the last ep. What a great season.

Easily the best drama series I've ever seen on television.

Owns in the sense of not being as funny, tense, well plotted or interesting as either of the previous series? The cast were making an excellent job of a pretty weak script which was full of holes and overly replete with characters about whom it was impossible to give a shit.

Basically, masuka was the only reason for watching this series....
