By the way, that noise cancelling stuff really works. I eventually gave up on ear buds and went for the Sennheiser PXC 300 headphones, and they kick ass. Sure, it's a pain in the ass lugging the noise cancellation module around, but the quality is phenomenal, and they block out everything.

I've tried a few earbuds, so far my favourite is the Sony MDR-E818. I find it good for FPS games, and I can hear everything directionally and whatnot. In terms of noise cancelling, only if you turn the volume up louder. I hear the JVC marshmellow is about equal to them, but because of the design, the JVC is better at that particular task. I should also mention they are only about $15.

Wo those are almost as sexy as my Bang & Olufsen http://www.bang-olufsen.com/earphones Earbuds don't really work in my ear they always fall out so I need something that hold them in.Mojo Jojo wrote:Ultimate Ears are the best buds I've used.

Not as expensive as the Bose. I use the Sony MDREX90LP and its not bad at all. The only gripe I have with earbuds is that the rubber ear pieces are so easy to lose.
