I have to admit, as a gaming platform, it's much better than my PS3. Live is amazing, makes gaming highly addictive again!

ditch the messenger pad, its really lame and makes the controller uncomfertable. youre better off hooking up a usb keyboard (yes, theyre supported)

also, get 1 play n charge kit and 1 quickcharge kit. quickcharge goes into your outlet, charges batterypacks in about 2 hrs and can hold 2 at a time. oh yea, it also comes with an extra batterypack.

Now that I have a PS3 I have to agree that the 360 is far superior as a gaming console and for how much more powerful Sony claims the PS3 is, the 360 games generally look better (to me at least). So far Uncharted and MGS4 are the only 2 ps3 games I've played that were memorable PS3 only titles. Resistance was a POS and look like garbage compared to GoW.

you can take off the messengerpad whenever, sure. are you really going to use msn messenger on your 360 tho?
for just messaging other players, practice shows you send like 3 messages then wind up in the same game or party anyways (thus using voip).

I don't think you played it then. I can agree to have a difference in preference but the gameplay for shadowrun is really good. Regardless of how unpolished the game is the core gameplay mechanics make for a really fun game I've sunk many hours into that game and I don't do that for many games and I certainly wouldn't do it if the game wasn't fun.

My only problem is that I don't have enough time to play the games I like. FPS games I can only play when my son is sleeping so I can't have 5 fps games I like to play, for a long while shadowrun was the game I played and I had GoW Halo 3 they just aren't as fun as shadowrun. Now that L4D is out though I haven't touched it much as all my time is spent killing zombies.

Not that I think the other games are bad, I just prefered shadowrun. You can prefer other fps titles too I just don't think shadowrun deserves to be labeled as a bad game. It bugs me this game didn't get to be properly polished before the fasa studio was disbanded.
