Er, not in a trillion years. Your encouragement is very good and scared's son can/will undoubtedly improve a lot. However, it was hard enough for me to accept that you actually think he could be as good as him let alone better. The kid in the video is a child prodigy and most of us 'normal' drummers can barely scrape the surface of what he played there and that was done years ago. You should see his playing now. He's a one off. Well actually, there's a tiny handful of kids who are in a similar league to him.

Thanks ax.
It's a few years old now and just a few grooves really. Would have been better if I'd used 2 hands.

yeah cuz me trying to play on a kids drum set is a good measure of my drumming skillz...the stool is only about 5 times lower than normal for me...and the kicker...lol...but he's got a decent double kicker now...so i'll blast beat u into oblivion anytime no0b...

Excuses. A good musician can make anything sound good, even a shitty toy kit. You failed.
Lol, blast beats. Noob wannabe metal drummers learn those.

But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, record yourself playing a fast blast beat, then we'll compare to someone who really knows how to do them. And see if you can learn this while you're at it. Of course, you won't be able to, so perhaps you could just explain to me what my sticking and orchestration is of the pattern. Owned.
