Your skin is covered in... gameritis

Post by Eraser »

Apparantly gamers are in need of special shaving equipment, hence the Gillette Fusion Gamer.

Excuse me? What the fuck? Who came up with this nonsense?

that's pretty pathetic market pandering.
surprised they stopped at just slapping a graphic on the package and didn't stick some lights on it. because you know, everything "gamer" needs to have fucking lights on it.
the market perception of people that buy video games is really insulting.

Prety sad if they target gamers :smirk:

Just turned me off their product, perhaps for life (but who reads this shit anyway) ...

As a matter of fact I just bought a new electric shaver, second in 20+years :olo:

I went for the European sports version, Braun by name...... wait for report here in a couple of weeks because to be fair now, it does say on the packaging to give your face 3 weeks to adjust to electric shaving :smirk:

This is what happens when companies ask me to participate in focus groups, RL Trolling.

I've been using one of these for the last three years or so:

Wet shaving is the only thing I can find that can actually shave off the inhumanly durable stubble I get without causing substantial damage to the underlying skin. Every electric razor I've tried either doesn't do the job, or leaves red splotches all over my face that burn like hell.

That, and blades are like $3 for a pack of 10.

That thing looks like a medieval weapon with the blade attached the wrong way.

I use a two-handed broad sword.

Gotta whet stone it after every shave. :smirk:

I get an angry bear to sharpen its claws on my face in the morning; it is THE only thing that keeps the stubble back. Been using him for 6 years now...

I need to give one of these a hug in order to keep my facial hair in check.

I use a high quality shaving cream and brush, and the old mach 3 blades. But might try a safety razor in near future.

everyone knows gamers don't shave
they either grow whispy, pedo mustaches in an attempt to look like pirate johnny depp *caugh*
or they grow a grossly thick beard or goatee to hide the lack of jawline/multiple chins

that said, it's stupid, but a smart idea cause kids are dumb and fat and play too many video games so when the 14 year old has to buy his first razor it may as well be a gaming razor and razors are one of those things where if they work there's no need to switch it up so brand loyalty + for the future.

I don't know what you usually do, but shaving normally doesn't involve drilling when I'm doing it...

So it does involve swords, helicopters and bears then?
