The games pretty good, yeah, controls are a bit shit, but thats Resi for you. Graphics are superb, with the exception of screen tearing But man... That inventory is kicking me ass

Badly, it seems... I agree with the reviews so far. Which is sad, I'm a huge Resi nerd... But man, I hope they reinvent the wheen for RE6

EDIT: You know, when you get shines of RE4, it gets good... The gold, the loot, the upgrades (Which sadly are not from a seller anymore, but at the end of a chapter or when you die). Even the combat is good, when you face RE4 style numbers. But with 15 zombies and a dumb bitch its tough Maybe thats my issue, its just really hard (I am playing on Veteran).

However I did just stumble upon a sign saying "School Uniforms Massage Clinic", lol...

Picked up the 360 version last nite. Im quite enjoying at at the mo, only just got to the stage with the chainsaw guy off of the demo.
But what the fuck is up with them Scooby Doo's going ape shit at you around every corner lol?

Was a bit pissed off with the screen tearing, bad Capcom! Knocked the res down to 720p and it fixed it a lot!
That upcoming versus mode looks tidy but already flawed. Run..... stop...... aim...... shoot...... miss.... die...... repeat

To be fair the demo showed you the worst bits of the game, where there are a billion zombies and zero ammo...

It is actually getting better as you get further along. Shame the inventory is still there lol.

Stock 360 pad? Yeah, the 360 pad owns apart from its fucked up dpad... I really hope one day MS admit they fucked up and release a new version of it with a much, much better dpad... Thats were the PS3 has the 360 beat hands down. Sure, the rest of the PS3 pad is total bollocks, but the Dpad is spot on.

But yeah, the MadKatz stick is "ok", there was some issues wit hthe buttons breaking and the stick "sticking" in certain actions onscreen though I heard.

aye. had a go on my mate's ps3 the other night and had no trouble at all bar my own clumsiness.

found that madkatz thing on google, along with an explanation of how the 360 dpad differs from a normal one - it's sitting on a raised spindle above the contact pads, rather than directly on the pads where you'd expect it to be.

I just got to the oil plant and i've played just over 7 hours. I'm 9% complete (For everything, not SP game).

Its real time, i.e. you have to select shit while the games running as normal. It won't pause.

Its tiny, 9 spaces. You can't upgrade the space. You get no item boxes. Ammo takes up about 50 bullets then needs another space. Armour? Needs its own space. You can fit on 4 weapons, 4 ammo types and 1 extra item but wont be able to pick anything up.

I could go on... But cant be arsed.

Same way you do in any game really, you open the Dash, click the persons name and select invite to game.

Unless you were a complete tool and bought the shoddy PS3 version, in which case... lol?

Ok, all done...

Well... Oddly, it turned me around about a third of the way through. Long game, longer than I thought I would be, certainly longer than Killzone 2. Miles better than Killzone 2 as well...

In all honesty, I ended up enjoying it a hell of a lot. Really, really good game. But damn, there ARE huge flaws with it. Inventory, AI partner, and silly "help" situations when your partner can't get to you... But in the end they just made it hard, but not impossible.

Graphics wise, its awesome. Really good, miles better than anything else out on either platform. The cutscenes were very Metal Gear as well, they put a lot of effort into them...

The game, for me, is both flop of the year and game of the year. It did so much right, but so much wrong. Its probably the best game I've played in a long time, but the most annoying and stupid... I honestly can't get my head around it. For every positive, there is a negative. For every negative, there is a positive... One things for sure, I beat the end boss without taking a single hit. Thats not normal Played on Vet too

Right then, now onto maxing out all my weapons, and completing Shiva's single player game (Which is SINGLE, not together).
