Google gives lots of results, but I would like to know if any of you have a good, free photo editing program. Mostly for resizing images. Thanks.

I second the Irfanview suggestion. I've been using it religiously for years now.

irfanview if you just want to resize/crop and a few other basic functions. If you need a bit more photo painting, try GIMP.
